How a Shade Sail is Built?

A custom-made shade sail is designed in 3D using special computer software to account for variations in warp and weft. The fabric is then cut and stitched into panels.

Once the panels are arranged, they are assembled into a canopy and anchored to support poles or existing structures. Once the posts are in place, the shade is tensioned with turnbuckles to minimize flapping and a hemmed edge is attached to each sail corner for added strength.
